Roughly 90 percent of all companies tend to host holiday parties (the slight majority are held in the evening), and we all know someone who has enjoyed to the levels of excess with their food, drink and even dress. The truth is, most people need to remember that they are at a company event. While it’s a way for your boss and employer to say “thank you,” you’re also there on the company dime — so it’s your reputation that’s on the line.
