LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) announced today that the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders’ Show returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center for four years after a two-year absence. This is the first time the show will be held in Las Vegas for four consecutive years.

The NAHB International Builders’ Show is the most important event of the year for the U.S. home building industry and the largest annual light construction trade show in the world. The show attracts approximately 50,000 attendees annually and is projected to generate a non-gaming economic impact of more than $ 250 million for Las Vegas over the next four years.

"Even better, in 2014 the International Builders’ Show will be co-located with the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, expanding the offerings of cutting-edge designs, technologies and products for all segments of the home-building industry."
Design and Construction Week, as the new mega-show will be billed, is expected to attract 75,000 builders, remodelers, developers, architects, designers and other industry professionals to the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), where 2,000 brands will be on display Feb. 4-6, 2014.
In 2015, Design and Construction Week will expand further with the addition of SURFACES, the largest floor-covering industry event in North America for retailers, distributors, installers, designers and home builders; and the co-located StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas, the only show in North America solely focused on the natural stone industry. Shuttle buses will run between the LVCC and the Mandalay Bay Convention Center to allow approximately 25,000 additional attendees to tour all of the exhibits.
