The China Incentive, Business Travel & Meetings Exhibition (CIBTM) is the leading international event for the business travel and meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry in China and the wider Asia region.
CIBTM is located at the center of Olympic Green, next to the Bird Nest (China National Stadium) and the Water Cube (National Aquatics Center). The venue is just 26 km to the airport or city center and is located on the fourth ring road in the northern part of Bejing.
CIBTM takes place annually in Beijing, and provides a business platform for international and regional venues, hotels, destinations and suppliers to meet with meeting planners, incentive travel buyers and those involved in the meetings and incentives industry from China and Asia.
More than 200 regional and international exhibitors from China, Asia and Internationally showcase their destinations, hotels, venues and other products and services at AIBTM. More than 4,000 buyers from China and the region attend AIBTM, which includes an international exhibition, educational programs for meeting and event planners and networking opportunities during evening receptions.
CIBTM is attended by decision makers who organize business travel, meetings, conferences, events and incentive trips. It is organized by Reed Travel Exhibitions in the United Kingdom.
Visas are required in advance of entry by all visitors to China and you will require either a tourist or business visa, depending on your intentions while in the country. If you are planning on making more than one trip to China, it may be useful to obtain a multiple entry visa.
