If you want a chance to obtain tickets for the summer Olympics 2012, you’ll need to register for the random selection of tickets between March 16 and April 26 this year. f your interest is the Paralympic Games, you must register on September 9, 2011.
I imagine that there will be greater interest in attending programs at the 2012 summer Olympics because of its centralized location and access for Europe, North America and even some parts of Asia. That means visitors to London will not require the same level of long-haul travel and length of stay needed in Beijing in 2008 or perhaps even Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
The first step, however, is obtaining Olympics tickets. And there are two ways to do that:
- Purchase a hospitality package from one of three approved vendors.
- Submit your request for random drawing of tickets for individuals.
