MINNEAPOLIS, May 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Do you know someone who needs a vacation? That's the question that AmericInn® is posing in its new campaign, Random Acts of Vacation™. AmericInn—the largest mid-scale hotel brand in the upper Midwest—is launching the promotion to find the country's most deserving recipients to win free nights at any of its properties in 2014.
"We're looking for people who deserve a break," explained Paul Kirwin, AmericInn president and CEO. "The folks who go out of their way to contribute, who give over and above the call or who are facing unique personal challenges. From single moms to favorite brothers, from dedicated parents to that special aunt or uncle, to neighbors who always seem to be available to lend a helping hand. Someone who is special to you could be eligible to win a random act of vacation!"
Whether it is someone volunteering in the community, a returning military member, or someone struggling with medical challenges, AmericInn is looking for everyday men and women who give of themselves to family, friends and complete strangers.
Anyone can nominate a friend, neighbor, family member, co-worker or loved one to win free nights at RandomActsofVacation.com. Nominations may be up to 1,000 characters. An accompanying photo is optional, but preferred. AmericInn will select two winners per week—a total of 28 winners with the first being chosen the week of Memorial Day and continuing through Labor Day.
Winners will receive free nights good at any of the more than 200 AmericInn locations in 24 states (a $400 value). Those submitting a winning nomination will also receive $400 worth of free nights. Full details and contest rules can be accessed at RandomActsofVacation.com.
State laws prohibit participation by residents of California, Florida and New York.
