Insert data that may help provide a more comprehensive impression about your firm to a prospective event/meeting planner or business traveler. For CVBs, examples may include a summary of the total number of hotels, restaurants and various special event venues in your region. Share information about your airport. Other suggestions include sharing details about area population. If you provide RFP and other meeting and conference support, this is a great spot to share that information.
Guest Rooms (Individual Hotel Property Only)
Insert information about your guest rooms. Remember to include important information details such as a breakdown of the types of rooms and numbers of each. Perhaps you will want to include information about your suites, and their availability for use with hospitality, etc. If you have executive floors, clarify that here as well.
Features and Amenities
As applilcable to your organization, insert information that may not have been previously mentioned. Examples may include spa services, golf, theaters, and/or shopping. Other amenities and features may also include specialty services such as turn down service, upgraded bath items or other guest amenities. This may include other hotel features. Insert brief information about your dining options, and briefly mention your availability for private functions and events. In addition, highlight information about your catering facilities within the conference services area of your hotel. If you have a particular specialty or popular chef, business travelers and event planners always like to know those items.
For event services and CVBs (as applicable), you may wish to insert information about entertainment, dining, event themes and other options here. CVBs may wish to provide a bulleted list of details such as:
