Las Vegas Restaurants
Las Vegas restaurants have redefined their old image of all-you-can-eat, cheap buffets into its new image for offering unique culinary experiences that include celebrity chefs and more Master Sommeliers than any other city. In fact, Bon Appétit magazine, a leading authority in the culinary world, cemented Las Vegas' place among U.S. dining capitals by declaring Las Vegas as one of the top five restaurant cities in the U.S. The following Las Vegas restaurants have been reviewed by Three Day Destinations during site visits. We will continue to update this last list as we spend more time in Las Vegas to identify excellent venues for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions (MICE industy), leisure and business travel.

However, by the late '90s, high-end eateries became the rage with their appeal extending beyond just high rollers. Las Vegas hotels recruited some of the top chefs in the world to open and run restaurants inside their properties.
