It’s wedding season, and the cost of wedding attire and accessories can account for a significant portion of the wedding budget. Even though magazines and TV shows focus heavily on designer looks, bridal consultant Kelly Staton believes it’s possible to achieve the perfect bridal dress and accessorize — all on a smaller budget.
