Event Jobs: Marketing Manager

Similar to the regional marketing manager role I highlighted a couple weeks ago, marketing managers also tend to take ownership of the business events they rely on to implement strategic marketing plans for their organizations.

And similar to regional marketing managers, this role creates business events related to the organization’s sales channels. So, you’ll need more than event skills to pursue these positions. But if you have strong communications, product knowledge, project management, staffing and creativity skills, many marketing manager positions may be a nice fit.

Marketing manager openings usually require seven years of experience, and they earn between $75,000 – $102,000.
