TAO Las Vegas, located in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, is a multi-level restaurant, nightclub, lounge and banquet facility. TAO Asian Bistro is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. TAO specializes in Hong Kong Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine. And the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Wok Vegetables is highly recommended — fantastic.

For meetings and special event planning, TAO Las Vegas offers options for private dining, cocktail receptions and buffet receptions, and the 43,000 square feet of space offers many options for corporate affairs, holiday receptions, product launches. TAO can accommodate dinner parties as intimate as 15 or up to 3,000 guests for receptions.

Opened in 2005, TAO Las Vegas is an “Asian City” that is designed with lush velvets and silks, waterfalls and century-old woods and stones. Imported artifacts from China, Japan and Thailand are placed throughout the space. And you must see TAO’s signature 20 foot tall Buddha. The restaurant seats 450, but schedule reservations very early — even as much as one month in advance.

For those staying elsewhere, TAO Las Vegas offers VIP valet service to its guests on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. TAO Valet can be accessed at the far right of the hotel’s main entrance.

Definitely make reservations.
