Popular Business Hotels in Business Cities for Corporate Meetings and Events Stays for International Travel

Many event and meeting planners search travel booking engines to compare proposed hotel rates on corporate events are a good deal. So do the business travelers who attend business meetings and events in cities around the world. And this is an excellent time to find savings at business hotels.

For those seeking quality business hotels in business cities, we’ve selected business hotels that meet our criteria for your consideration. Of course, these only represent a sample of the best hotel rates available in our booking engine of more than 75,000 hotels and more than 50,000 specially negotiated discount rates through the Save Rate hotel program. If you’re looking for a hotel stay in any of these cities:

  • Barcelona, Spain – Majestic
  • Cancun, Mexico – Moon Palace Golf & Resort
  • Berlin, Germany – Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin
  • Chicago, IL, USA – Hyatt Regency Chicago
  • Las Vegas, NV, USA – Bellagio
  • (Lisbon Region) Estoril, Portugal – Palacio Estoril Hotel
  • London, UK – Royal Horseguards
  • Madrid, Spain – Gran Melia Fenix

I stayed at the Royal Horseguards this summer. The guest rooms are generous in size, the service is excellent, and the location is convenient within central London along the River Thames within Westminster. The Royal Horseguards is a French-style chateau hotel with contemporary amenities and traditional British hospitality. Its meeting space is held in the adjacent One Whitehall Place, and is perhaps some of the most unique space in London.

This video clip from a fundraiser at the hotel after its reopening will give you a good sense of the property, and demonstrates an event at the hotel.
