HSMAI’s Affordable Meetings National is presented by the well known Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International in Washingtob DC. This annual conference focuses on meetings & events, business travel, incentives, and the meetings industry.

This meetings industry conference consists of 24 seminars and an exhibition and trade show. Exhibitioners include DMCs, entertainment companies, conference centers, transportation companies, and major hotels. Such a diverse range of players will provide even further information about business travel and incentives.

Over 1,700 attendees are expected from nearly all walks of life. Attendees include nonprofits, independents, and travel agents. Corporate and business travel planners also play a very key role in the exhibibtions
