It’s inevitable that every traveler — business or leisure — is bound to experience some sort of delay. Whether you’re scheduled for a morning flight for a same day business meeting or getting ready to travel home for the holidays, everyone is familiar with the chaotic scene that they dread at the airport: crowds of people standing in the lobbies waiting for updated information about their airport delays status or moments where you know you’re going to be curled up at the edge of a plastic seat in the gate waiting area (or, worse — sitting on the tarmac).
